We are using a complete on-line system for conducting registration. You will be able to register and edit your account from the convenience of your own home or wherever you have access to the Internet. You can start registration by clicking on one of the programs below.
When creating your username and password, please be aware this is your FAMILY'S account, not individual players. You will be asked to add "participants" later in the registration process. That is when indivdual players are entered.

Refund Policy: Unless specified as a Non-Refundable Fee, Patriot Lacrosse will provide a refund for a program withdrawl if given written notification at least One(1) week prior to the start of the registered program. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for refunds. Patriot lacrosse will provide the refund in the form of a check within 45 days of the approved request. Patriot Lacrosse will not refund any fees after the notification period or after a program has started for any reason.
